Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 14.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 13 to 18 years is charged EUR 18.75 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).
